In this session, we’ll explore what it means to be present, savour the small moments, and reconnect with simple joys that often go overlooked. You’ll also receive a guided worksheet to help you reflect and take practical steps beyond the session.
At the Rec Room Wellness, our wellness sessions are carefully curated to help you unwind, learn about mental wellness, and engage in fun wellness activities while forming connections with like-minded community members. We will also have a community platform where we get to know and support each other outside of sessions.
Pay for 2 sessions and get access to the rest of the month’s sessions (1 per week)
