Rec Room Wellness is a social enterprise dedicated to addressing the global mental health crisis by creating safe and brave spaces for relaxation, education, and fun.
At our events, you will learn important topics to boost your awareness of your mental health, put words to feelings, and build resilience against the adversities of life. You will also practice self-care activities, learn new hobbies, and create connections with like-minded community members.
We also offer wellness workshops for students and staff, longitudinal wellness cohorts, and in-person wellness events and retreats.
