Forgiving Yourself – Mental Wellness Session

In this session, we’ll learn how to navigate guilt, regret, and self-criticism and make peace with past mistakes. You also get a companion guided reflection worksheet.

At Rec Room Wellness, our wellness sessions are carefully curated to help you unwind, learn about mental wellness, and engage in fun activities while forming connections with like-minded community members. We will also have a community platform where we get to support each other outside of sessions.

Pay for 2 sessions and get access to the rest of the month’s sessions (1 per week)
