In this session, we’ll explore what forgiveness means, how resentment affects us, and practical ways to release someone who has hurt us and find freedom. You also get a companion guided reflection worksheet.
At Rec Room Wellness, our wellness sessions are carefully curated to help you unwind, learn about mental wellness, and engage in fun activities while forming connections with like-minded community members. We will also have a community platform where we get to support each other outside of sessions.
