This week at Rec Room Wellness, we’re cultivating hope. We will explore what hope looks like in real life, how to reconnect with it during challenging seasons, and simple practices to nurture optimism and resilience.
At the Rec Room Wellness, our wellness sessions are carefully curated to help you unwind, learn about mental wellness, and engage in fun wellness activities while forming connections with like-minded community members. We will also have a community platform where we get to know and support each other outside of sessions.
