Dreaming Big – Mental Wellness Session

This week at Rec Room Wellness, we’re focusing on dreaming big. We’ll explore what it means to dream big, what holds us back, and how fear and outside voices shrink our imagination. Join us to reflect, reset, and permit yourself to dream bigger again.

At the Rec Room Wellness, our wellness sessions are carefully curated to help you unwind, learn about mental wellness, and engage in fun wellness activities while forming connections with like-minded community members. We will also have a community platform where we get to know and support each other outside of sessions.
