Quality Rest – Mental Wellness Session

This week at Rec Room Wellness, we’re focusing on quality rest. Together, we’ll explore how to recognize when your mind and body need a pause, how to release guilt around resting, and how to create rhythms that restore you.
At Rec Room Wellness, our wellness sessions are carefully curated to help you unwind, learn about mental wellness, and engage in fun wellness activities while forming connections with like-minded community members. We will also have a community platform where we can get to know and support each other outside of sessions.
