This week at Rec Room Wellness, we’re practicing vulnerability. Join us for guided reflections and open conversations on what it really means to share your truth with care and courage. Together, we’ll explore how to open up without oversharing, how to discern safe spaces for honesty, and how wisdom helps protect your peace while deepening connection.
At Rec Room Wellness, our wellness sessions are carefully curated to help you unwind, learn about mental wellness, and engage in fun wellness activities while forming connections with like-minded community members. We will also have a community platform where we can get to know and support each other outside of sessions.
