Embracing Adversity – Mental Wellness Session

This week, we’ll explore how to shift our perspective on difficulty, manage stress in healthy ways, and find meaning even in hard seasons. Through guided practices and open reflection, you’ll discover how adversity can shape you into a stronger, more adaptable version of yourself.

At Rec Room Wellness, our wellness sessions are carefully curated to help you unwind, learn about mental wellness, and engage in fun wellness activities while forming connections with like-minded community members. We will also have a community platform where we can get to know each other outside of sessions and plan physical meetups periodically.
