Building Confidence – Mental Wellness Session

This week, we’ll explore the foundations of self-confidence, from shifting negative self-talk to celebrating small wins and embracing growth. Through guided reflection and practical exercises, you’ll learn how to strengthen your inner voice, step into opportunities with courage, and build a lasting sense of self-assurance.
At Rec Room Wellness, our wellness sessions are carefully curated to help you unwind, learn about mental wellness, and engage in fun wellness activities while forming connections with like-minded community members. We will also have a community platform where we can get to know each other outside of sessions and plan physical meetups periodically.
