On July 12th, we leveled up our emotional intelligence by discussing emotions, how they can impact our personalities, and how to effectively label them. Then we got to practice this skill through a guided mindfulness practice.

It was a great session. It was a moment to pause and think about how I felt and actually put a tag to the emotion. Also, I was talked through an emotion I was feeling, and it felt really nice.
