Self Compassion – Mental Wellness Session

This week at Rec Room Wellness, we’re discussing self compassion. We will learn how to practice kindness toward yourself during difficult moments, and replace self-criticism with supportive inner dialogue.
At the Rec Room Wellness, our wellness sessions are carefully curated to help you unwind, learn about mental wellness, and engage in fun wellness activities while forming connections with like-minded community members. We will also have a community platform where we get to know and support each other outside of sessions.
