Exposing Sadness – Mental Wellness Session

This week, we’ll unpack what sadness is, why it shows up, and how it can actually guide us toward healing and growth. Through conversation and practical activities, we’ll learn healthier ways to acknowledge, process, and express sadness, transforming it from something we fear into something we can navigate with awareness and care.
At Rec Room Wellness, our wellness sessions are carefully curated to help you unwind, learn about mental wellness, and engage in fun wellness activities while forming connections with like-minded community members. We will also have a community platform where we can get to know each other outside of sessions and plan physical meetups periodically.
