Managing Overthinking – Mental Wellness Session

This week at Rec Room Wellness, we’re unpacking overthinking. Join us for guided practices and honest conversations designed to help you quiet mental noise and break free from constant rumination. Together, we’ll explore what triggers overthinking, how to challenge unhelpful thought loops, and simple tools to bring your mind back to the present moment.

At Rec Room Wellness, our wellness sessions are carefully curated to help you unwind, learn about mental wellness, and engage in fun wellness activities while forming connections with like-minded community members. We will also have a community platform where we can get to know and support each other outside of sessions.
