Exposing Anxiety – Mental Wellness Session

This week at the Rec Room, we will be exposing anxiety, sharing coping mechanisms, and strategies to put worry to sleep.

At the Rec Room, our wellness sessions are carefully curated to help you unwind, learn about mental wellness, and engage in fun wellness activities while forming connections with like-minded community members. We will also have a community platform where we can get to know each other outside of sessions and plan physical meetups periodically.
