This week at Rec Room Wellness, we’re focusing on managing insecurity. We’ll explore where insecurity comes from, how it shows up in daily life, and learn practical ways to quiet self-doubt and build self-trust.

At the Rec Room Wellness, our wellness sessions are carefully curated to help you unwind, learn about mental wellness, and engage in fun wellness activities while forming connections with like-minded community members. We will also have a community platform where we get to know and support each other outside of sessions.
