Mindful Art – FREE Community Event

Join us for Mindful Art! Let’s create together by colouring. You can use a phone colouring app or a colouring book. Let’s kick off the year with low-stakes creativity.
At the Rec Room Wellness, our wellness sessions are carefully curated to help you unwind, learn about mental wellness, and engage in fun wellness activities while forming connections with like-minded community members. We will also have a community platform where we get to know and support each other outside of sessions.
