Oyinkansola Omotola Arogundade is a final-year medical student at All Saints University School of Medicine, Dominica, with a strong passion for mental health, women’s health & wellness, and advocacy. She is dedicated to improving patient care via education, research, and leadership, and has held crucial positions such as General Secretary of her university’s American Medical Student Association (AMSA) chapter and Student Clinical Skills Facilitator for the Association of Women Surgeons (AWS) chapter. Oyinkansola has contributed to various research articles, demonstrating her commitment to academic quality and medical innovation. She highly values representation and collaboration in healthcare, trying to bridge gaps in patient care through advocacy and inclusive practices, with a desire to merge clinical excellence, advocacy, and holistic wellbeing into her future practice. Beyond medicine, Oyinkansola is a multidimensional creative with a deep appreciation for literature, fine arts, sports, graphic design, and photo/mood board curation. Her intellectual curiosity and competitive spirit have also earned her numerous awards in academic quizzes and competitions, showcasing her well-rounded expertise.
